Cancellation Policy
SAGE Hair Studios charges a 50% Cancellation Fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to show up to your schedule appointment without canceling will result in a 100% No-Show Fee. There is no penalty for rescheduling or canceling before the 48 hour window. The grace period for a no show is 20 minutes from scheduled appointment. Booking an appointment with SAGE Hair Studios means you are agreeing to all policies above.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
